We are writing because in the post-campaign survey you had added Tramways to your Backerkit order.
Our supplier has informed us that they are not able to provide enough copies to fulfill your order. We realize this sucks - we asked for copies from many potential sources in the hopes of finding one for you, but none were able to supply us with more (which is why we have not shipped your order yet).
Given that we are at the end of December, and we want to ship everything to you, we decided to ask you how you would like us to deal with this. We can either:
A. Give you a refund for Tramways, and ship the rest.
If you choose this option, please reply with your PayPal account email, and we will make that happen (and we will pay for the PayPal fees). We may also be able to refund you via Backerkit, if you have not selected any other add-ons.
or
B. Give you credit for the extra amount you have paid, so that you can get another one of our games.
If you choose this option, please reply to this message, letting us know.
We will then give you *8 USD* of additional credit in thanks for your patience and in apology for the inconvenience.
If you do not use all of the available credit, we can refund the difference via PayPal. If you would go over this credit, we can charge it, also via PayPal.
For example, Town Center 4th edition, which, like Tramways, is designed by Alban Viard, is available.
Until you have made your choice, we have changed your order status from "Ready to Ship" to "Answered", and we will wait to hear from you.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience! We did not think something like this could happen, and we realize that this may disappoint you. We hope that we can make it up to you with the additional free credit, if you choose to use the funds for our other games.
