[쿨스터프 직구] on hold 케이스 중 하나의 해결 방법 입니다.
안녕하세요 아라핀입니다.
요즘 지인분들과 해외 직구를 많이 진행을 하고 있습니다. 주로 쿨스터프를 이용하고 있는데요..
처음에 등록한 저의 신한카드가 아닌 다른 카드로 결제를 하면은

There is an issue with your credit card details on order number .
The billing address submitted with your order does not match the billing address of the credit card you have used.
We are unable to ship your order until this problem is resolved.
You can either send me the correct billing address by responding to this email or call us between the hours of 10am EST and 6pm EST Monday thru Friday. Our phone number is 407-695-6554 or toll free at 877-274-6752.
If you have moved recently the bank may not have changed your address and you may need to contact them as well.
Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to shipping your order as soon as this is resolved.

======= 친구가 적어준 답변 내용 ========
이렇게 보내라고 하더군요.. 내용인즉슨 문제없는 주소다. 주문 처리해줘... 이런 내용이라고 하더군요...
지금까지 다른카드를 사용해서 오는 on hold는 다 친구가 적어준 답변으로 해결을 하고 있습니다.
지금까지 노하우 아닌 노하우 였습니다.
