1862 A/S 관련 어떻게 해야 할까요?

한 6개월 전에 보드게임구루 에서 1862를 구매하였습니다.

근데 컴포넌트에 문제가 있었고,

아래로 A/S 요청 메일( boardgameguru11@gmail.com을 보냈는데 자꾸 주소가 incorrect 해서 반송이 된다고 하더라구요

애초에 1862 주문할때 썼던 주소랑 똑같은데 왜 A/S replacement 만 주소때매 반송이 되는지 이해가 안되었지만

일도 바쁘고 해서 그냥 기다리고만 있었습니다.

다시 생각이 나서 몇번 메일을 주고 받은 결과.. 아래와 같이 답장이 왔습니다.

I have sent the replacements but there seems to be a real problem with half of the things I send to Korea - they go missing or are returned saying the address is incorrect.

I will send again but not to Korea - I will send to the forwarding company you used before and then it is your responsibility to get to Korea. So if you want replacements please give me the forwarding companies address and your reference number

제가 어떻게 대응 해야 할까요? A/S 받을수 있을까요?

직구가 이번이 처음인데 참 골치 아프네요 ㅠㅠ
